Returns

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Certain items such as opened skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene-related products (if you sell those) may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item
